Now Canada’s largest gift trade event, it attracted almost 16,000 visitors and hosted over 900 exhibitors, who showed a wide range of product.

Canada’s largest gift show closed after a successful five-day run that saw almost 16,000 visitors come through the gates. The venue, which covers considerable square footage in both the Toronto International Centre and the nearby Toronto Congress Centre, hosted just over 900 exhibitors who displayed everything from kitchen gadgets and gourmet baked goods to souvenirs and retro games.

Like the Canadian Toy & Hobby Fair, which ran simultaneously in a neighbouring hall of the Toronto International Centre, attendance at the 2011 CGTA Gift Show took a slight hit from Mother Nature, especially on the second last day of the event. Despite the bad weather, over 17,000 visitors still made their way to the Spring Show, Canada's largest trade exhibition hosting more than 900 exhibitors.
